We all want fruit that lasts.

There is a strong connection between Body Life witness stories and new believers who both remain and lead in our movements.

From 2013 to 2015 we surveyed over 1,000 folks who were serving with us. Think:

  • Summer Mission participants

  • New Staff

  • Team Leaders

For those who came to faith as “first generation Christians,” (meaning they weren’t nurtured to faith in a Christian household) 53% indicated a salvation story that emphasized Body Life Witness.

THE BOTTOM LINE: The data shows that all three modes of evangelism are needed. The most fruitful movements are those who embrace a comprehensive strategy that honors all three.

However, if your movement hasn’t spent intentional time training, modeling, and practicing Body Life Witness, you’re missing a key way that God has drawn people to His family!
